Dr. Wafi Dawood

Dr Wafi Dawood is the CEO of the Strategic Development Sector at the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), where he leads Dubai’s education and human development strategies in line with Dubai Plan 2033, its economic and social agendas, and the Education 33 (E33) Strategy. With over 25 years of experience in strategic leadership, he has held senior positions in both government and private sectors, including DP World and Dubai World Trade Centre. He holds a PhD in Organizational Performance Management and lectures at leading academic institutions in the UAE.
