In her work as a teacher and an education expert over the past 25 years Elise has focused on developing schools as learning communities with collaborative operational culture and learner-centred working approaches. She has a degree in education (M.A.), and in her Ph.D. studies she focused on educational leadership specializing in school safety and student well-being. Her passion is to create learning and innovation environments that improve academic achievement and further the health and well-being of all members of the learning community. Furthermore, Elise’s robust experience on education within Finland and the GCC area has offered her a unique insight on how to create innovative, world-class learning environments by fusing the best practices from multiple education systems.
