I received my Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Jordan in 2006. My academic career began as an assistant professor at Arab Open University - Jordan Branch in the same year. I have taught courses in psychology, education, special education, class management, and scientific research methods. I have also led training courses and workshops on educational psychology in the UAE, Kuwait & Jordan. I have numerous scientific studies published in Arabic and English scientific journals, mostly about: emotional social competence, moral competence & skills: assertiveness, self-awareness, empathy, self-regulation, impulsiveness control, conflict resolution, mindfulness & self-efficacy. I moved to UAE in 2011 to work at Abu Dhabi University in its branches in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi, and then moved to Dubai at Al Falah University and got the degree Associate Professor with my work as Dean of Student Affairs. I translated a book called "Developing Positive Assertiveness"

Teaching has become at present in dire need for the social emotional skills than ever; it is expected of the teacher to provide emotional support to all students, and the development of descriptive environment where are warmth and care available, and be a model for self-regulation and emotions control, mindfulness, and empathy. The goal of the current article is highlighting the role of some emotional and social skills to help the teacher achieve professional and social success; The social emotional skills paly the main role in enhancing the motivation of the teacher to work and gain management skills, teamwork skills and communication skills. as it relates to his positive behavior and reduces behavioral problems; it is through the emotions management and recruitmenting it effectively the current stage teacher can succeed in school positions and interactions with the best strategies recruitment to resolve the conflict.
