Education: Doctorate: Educational Administration(King Saud University), Master Educational Administration(King Abdullaziz University), Bachelor: English literature, (Unaizah education college), Scholarship: Building Leadership for Change through School Immersion (Long professional programme) in UCL in London. Ibtesam got more than 500 training courses. She worked as a teacher, school leader and she is a school leadership inspector now in Saudi ministry of education. Ibtesam has been worked with leadership team in IOE, UCL in London. She is a lecturer in research skills, academic posters, servant leadership, virtual leadership. She published 4 books and more than 15 studies and researches in education field and she spoke in many international conferences. Rewards: Excellent Teacher,Excellent Leader. The study aimed to identify the reality of applying the virtual leadership in the Saudi Education directorates then build a proposed model The quantitative approach was used descriptive surveyor and the qualitative, applied by applying questionnaire &observation. Whereas questionnaire was applied to a sample of 652 supervisors from6 education directorates in:Riyadh, Al-Medina Al-Monawara, Al-Baha, Al-Qassim, Eastern Region & Tabu.While the observation was applied to a sample of 20 virtual meetings which done between male and female departments.The study reached a number of results and build/ adopt a virtual leadership model in education directorates. Based on these findings.
