Dr. Alexandrina Maria Pauceanu is Assistant Professor and Curriculum Chair for Innovation and Entrepreneurship program at Higher Colleges of Technology. Dr. Alexandrina has a Ph.D. in Management from the Academy of Economic Studies from Romania. She has an extensive international academic and business consultancy experience and currently is teaching business, innovation and entrepreneurship courses to sophomore, junior and senior bachelor students of business, engineering, and information technology. She is also involved in various community projects as a way of giving back to the UAE. She participated as a juror in several national and international entrepreneurial competitions and as a keynote speaker to several events and conferences. Dr. Alexandrina is an active researcher and has received prestigious awards for her research activities.
