David is an educational technology professional with 22 years of experience in over 50 countries of technological implementation, business development and large-scale programme management. His key areas of expertise are in strategic education leadership and development, international business development and relationships, national and Global programme development and implementation and organizational growth and development. David currently runs an educational consultancy and advisory company SOWWIF Ltd, specialising in supporting edtech implementation from the teacher, learner and educational outcomes perspective. He recently ran a pilot programme for the Asian Development Bank in Uzbekistan on the effective use of edtech in STEM education and was CEO of the largest teacher PD programme in the world for the government of Egypt. He has advised Edtech companies on establishing new markets and government relationships and advised multiple organisations on Ed tech futures and creating solutions to meet the educational need.
