Mrs. Casandra Solomon has taught at Al Ittihad National Private School for over five years. During her 6th and 7th years, she was promoted as the English, Math, and Science Coordinator for KG1, KG2, Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3. She holds an Associate Degree in Theater Arts in Education. After teaching Theater Arts and English Literature for two years in Jamaica, she completed a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education at Kendall University in Chicago, Illinois. Casandra taught at the primary level for 8 years in the Bahamas, North America. In 2018, she completed her Master of Arts Degree in Special Education at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin, USA. Casandra is an advocate for play and firmly believes that playing is the best way for children to reach their full potential. She organizes many international workshops and events related to play and the young child. She isa motivational speaker and has spoken at many international events for students, parents, and teachers.

Casandra is a Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator who strongly believes that teaching with technology will greatly influence how students learn. Casandra is also a song and story writer; she produces many educational songs and stories for children all over the world. She is a proud Co-CEO of her family’s educational business that inspires people through the arts. She adores spending time with her family and traveling. Ms. Casandra is a published author and has published four decodable readers for adults and children. She is currently working on her other fifth decodable readers. Find Readers Here:
