Zoubiya Ahmed

Zoubiya Ahmed is an educational strategist and advisor, who works with school leaders, school groups, NFPs, government entities to build capacity and improve practice, policy and standards. With over two decades of demonstrable impact across senior to executive school leadership and coaching, Zoubiya is a non-executive director of the Association of the Education Advisers and a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching. She has devised national programmes, assessed on accredited leadership programmes and a practicing school evaluator.
Zoubiya shares insights on high-integrity, effective initiatives, authentic leadership impact and leading for change. Her contribution to the sector via her published work, edtech and sector contributions and international speaking have been accoladed by her being named as one of ISC Research 2025’s top 20 international education influencers.
