Partnerships, Communications and Marketing Lead of Generation Global - International Baccalaureate Organization
Robin Keshaw is the Partnerships, Communications and Marketing Lead of Generation Global, the global citizenship education programme of the International Baccalaureate. With over 13 years of experience in education and governance reforms, Robin is deeply passionate about forging meaningful partnerships that create new opportunities for young people to flourish in an ever-changing world. Before joining the International Baccalaureate, Robin played a key role in large-scale education reforms in Delhi, including the establishment of Delhi Board of School Education and Schools of Specialized Excellence, initiatives that reimagined public education and broadened horizons for youth. A computer science and economics graduate from BITS Pilani, Robin was also a Teach for India fellow and CM Good Governance Associate. Based in New Delhi, he is passionate about nurturing young people's global mindedness and dialogue skills, believing that empathy and connection are the foundation for a better, more equitable world.

Session Summary:
What does the future of work look like in 2030 and beyond? How do we prepare young learners to thrive in the future? This session will seek to explore how the world of work may change globally, what skills and attitudes young people may need and what we can do as educators to ensure their work ready. It will also support educators with the practical tools and educational resources to equip themselves and their learners to embark on this journey now.
