She has worked (USA ) for over 10 years in roles such as CPD leader, Master Teacher, Highly Qualified Teacher, State Coach, and Curriculum Co-ordinator. Additionally, she served on the Ohio Advisory Writing Content Committee for Language Arts. During her 7 years in the UK, she served as a Literacy Leader, Teacher Coach, and Intervention Coordinator. Her 8 years in the UAE saw her serving as Pastoral and Transition Leader, Teacher Coach, Literacy Leader, Curriculum Designer, Assist Principal, and Prof. Development Leader. She has been honoured with prestigious accolades such as Teacher of the Year, Outstanding Leadership, Organisation and Preparation, and the Race To The Top Award for Outstanding Educator.

Deemed the ‘Teaching Guru,’ Judy-Ann has been a Literacy and Transformative Leader for over 2 decades. With the implementation of Teaching & Learning Programs across 3 continents, she has inspired educators globally to excel.
