Ashley Green

Year 1 teacher & Well being Coordinator

After graduating university in Scotland with a BeD hons degree in education, I made my way over to Dubai where I have been teaching for seven years. I have practised meditation personally for a few years and have enjoyed reading and learning as much as I can about well-being in general. Eventually I found a way to amalgamate my passions for both education and for the well-being of children with a particular focus on mindfulness. I have recently launched a website,, as a platform for educators and parents alike to share mindfulness and well-being activities and ideas, all to help young children develop an awareness that prepares them for life's occurrences.
