Neha Qazi is a psychologist and Acting Director of School Health Screening, focused on advancing student wellbeing and preventative mental health in education systems. Her work centers on strengthening the role of schools in early identification, support, and improved outcomes for young people.
She brings international experience from working with high schools in New York on student mental health, as well as collaborating with the Council of International Schools to support student wellbeing during transitions. In the UAE, she was a founding member of a wellbeing department, contributing to the development of safeguarding, child protection, and whole-school wellbeing approaches.
Neha has championed the integration of mental health across school communities through parent engagement, partnerships, and student-led initiatives. She now focuses on bridging education and healthcare systems, supporting schools to build preventative, integrated models that promote resilience and positive student outcomes.
