Yamama Kenawy, is the Founder & Managing Director of Tadweera, a social enterprise championing Green Education and Sustainability across the MENA and GCC regions. A seasoned executive with 25 years of experience across private companies, NGOs, and international consultancies, she is a strategic leader dedicated to driving fundamental change. Her passion lies in creating sustainable environmental, social and economic impact, a philosophy of her raison d'être & the fundamentals she developed Tadweera on. Under her leadership, Tadweera has become a globally recognized voice, she participated in COP panels, contributing to UNESCO's ESD initiatives, and partnering with the Global Education Partnership (GEP). Tadweera has secured ministerial endorsements in Egypt, developed curriculum per GEP guidance, and promoting green education through workshops, articles, and keynote speeches at major forums like GESS. Tadweera - Egypt is the National Operator for Eco-schools & Eco-campuses the highest globally recognized certification in eco-education.
