A purpose-driven school leader with deep roots in early childhood, I am committed to leading with empathy, clarity, and intention. At the heart of my practice is a belief that meaningful learning happens through relationship—between children, educators, families, and the environments we create together.
My approach blends regulatory rigor with a responsive, child-centered ethos, ensuring that policy never outweighs presence. I see leadership not as oversight, but as stewardship: cultivating school cultures where children feel seen, teachers feel supported, and everyone is growing together. Whether shaping curriculum, refining policy, or coaching a colleague, I anchor my decisions in what nurtures the whole child and honors the lived experience of educators.
With a background in British and international frameworks, I bring strategic understanding to pedagogical vision - balancing developmental appropriateness with innovation, and always holding space for reflection, rhythm, and relational care. For me, leadership is relational work - and our schools flourish when we lead with both head and heart, grounded in the everyday hands-on work of teaching and learning.

A Relational Approach to Supporting Behaviour: Perception for Connection
Session Summary:
How we perceive behaviour fundamentally shapes the way we respond to it. In today’s fast-paced, digitally driven world, it is more important than ever to shift our lens—from managing behaviour to understanding it—so we can build deeper connections and truly see the children in our care.
This workshop explores the vital link between perception and connection, grounding our approach in trauma-informed practice and the latest insights from neuroscience. By recognising the child’s nervous system as the foundation for both behaviour and learning, we begin to move away from control-based responses and toward meaningful, attuned connection. Behaviour is not something to be fixed—it is a story being told. Our role is to listen.
