I graduated with a MSc in Applied Psychology from Middlesex University, Dubai with a focus on child psychology and early education. I am a CDA licensed psychologist working with the students of determination for the past 8+ years. Among my trainings and qualifications are ADOS, Postgraduate diploma in Speech, Language and Communication difficulties in children, SCERTS model for Autism, Makaton and CBT for Anxiety from Beck institute.
I am passionate about helping young children with additional needs in reaching their full potential by utilizing multidisciplinary, child-focused, child-led approaches and strategies to support their social communication, language development and socio-economic competence and integration to mainstream schools where possible.
I have worked in a pre school setting in the UK, as a volunteer at Dubai Autism Centre and educator at Riverston Children's Centre and School. I have been leading the Inclusive Education Services for the past 2 years at The Developing Child Centre which caters to children from 3 to 14 years of age.

Drawing from over eight years of experience as a psychologist working with children with additional needs, this session will provide practical strategies for educators, school leaders, and support staff. Participants will gain insights into:
