Louise Evans

Louise Evans is the founder of The 5 Chairs®, a globally recognized methodology for building emotional and behavioural intelligence. A TEDx speaker with over 6 million views and author of 5 Chairs 5 Choices (for adults) and The Magnificent 5 (for children), Louise has dedicated more than 35 years to transforming the way people communicate, lead, and relate to one another. Her work integrates neuroscience, psychology, and practical philosophy into a powerful experiential model that is being applied across corporations, schools, NGOs, and government institutions in more than 10 countries.

Passionate about education, Louise has developed age-appropriate 5 Chairs programs for children as young as 4 through to university students, helping them cultivate self-awareness, resilience, empathy, and conscious communication. She is currently collaborating on Erasmus+ and global wellbeing projects to scale the methodology internationally.

Originally from the UK and based in Florence, Italy, Louise combines her background in drama, education, and coaching to create unforgettable learning experiences that are both practical and transformational.
