I have been a Principal for over 27 years - here and in the UAE. My school in Abu Dhabi was the first ever to be graded as outstanding in the local ADEK inspection and later the first school to receive this grading twice. Since 2018 I have been the founding Principal of The Aquila School in Dubai - a happy, successful community school where relationships and school connectedness matter - and where we are both academically successful and genuinely inclusive.
