Noora Alsaadi
Director of Quality Assurance - Knowledge & Human Development Authority (KHDA)
An educator at heart, I bring over 18 years of experience in early childhood and special educational needs, guided by a deep passion for inclusive education. My career began in the classroom, supporting young children who faced barriers to learning, and later as an inspector, where I gained a system-wide perspective on school quality and effectiveness. These experiences strengthened my belief that every child learns differently and deserves the opportunity to thrive alongside their peers, regardless of ability. Today, I lead the development of systems and standards that advance equity, excellence, and inclusion across the education landscape, reflecting my continuous commitment to creating environments where all children can flourish.

This panel brings together a stellar representative group of innovative, dynamic and committed Early Childhood strategists, influential educators and regulatory leaders who will challenge the status quo and (in no uncertain terms!) ensure that delegates leave with the strong message that the Early Years decide that ‘The hand that rocks the cradle, rules the world’!
