Dr. Abdul Quddus Mohammed

Dr. Abdul Quddus Mohammed is an award-winning educator, international speaker, and specialist in HR, Startups and AI-powered teaching and research. With over 20 years of experience across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Bahrain, he currently serves as Assistant Professor of Business at the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), Abu Dhabi. He is also the Founder of Thrive AI, a leadership initiative focused on equipping educators and learners with the mindset and tools to succeed in the AI age.

Dr. Mohammed holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from ESC Clermont Business School, France, and is a Fellow of the CIPD (UK), FCMI (UK), and SHRM-CP (USA). He is certified in Generative AI for Education, a Google Certified Educator, and a Blackboard Certified Specialist, with expertise in competency-based, tech-integrated education.

A recognized voice in future learning and digital pedagogy, he has spoken at FAHR, SHRM, Expo 2020, ACBSP, Blackboard, and the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Forum. His upcoming book, “Thrive AI: Codes for Generation Z to Survive in the AI Age,” presents a practical framework for preparing youth with creativity, digital fluency, adaptability, ethical leadership, and resilience.
