With a background as a Vice Principal and Head of International Schools, Zen brings over two decades of experience in developing people, building capacity, and driving sustainable improvement in education.
At Zen PD, she partners with school leaders to design and deliver impactful training in leadership development, governance, safeguarding, and talent management. Zen’s work is rooted in practical strategies and real-world application, helping schools grow their own leaders from within through structured career pathways and succession planning.
