Her journey is one of resilience, self-discovery, and purpose-driven transformation, shaped by her own experiences and a deep commitment to helping others find their authentic voice.
With a background in broadcast journalism and narrative coaching, Saher blends the art of storytelling with media expertise, helping leaders craft messages that resonate, inspire, and drive impact. She has mentored and trained over 1,000 young adults, founders, and entrepreneurs, guiding them to communicate their ideas with clarity and confidence, and is also a faculty and trainer with Istituto Marangoni, Symbiosis university, IN5 Tecom hub Dubai Production City, FAD Dubai , Northwestern University, Swiss International School.
Saher is the founder of SOUL SPEAK, a transformational mentorship framework designed for the next generation of innovators and creative entrepreneurs. Rooted in empathy, growth, and authentic leadership, SOUL SPEAK guides participants through a structured journey of Self-Discovery, Ownership, Unlocking their Voice, and Leading with Soul.
