I’m Sheheryar Ahmad, a 15-year-old Year 11 student at the International School of Creative Science, Muweilah, with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and turning ideas into reality. My latest project is a 6 Degrees of Freedom robotic arm I built independently, using EMG muscle sensors, AI-powered voice control, IR input, and analog systems to create a responsive, intelligent, multi-modal machine.
This project reflects more than engineering—it proves that students today can leverage AI, tech, and self-learning to build meaningful solutions. Beyond robotics, I’m building an Islamic productivity app to help students balance faith and academics, while also exploring cybersecurity and running ventures in video production and car flipping.
As a TED-Ed Student Talks participant, I’ve embraced public speaking to inspire others to take action. At GESS 2025, I’m not just showcasing a robot—I’m sharing a mindset: that youth can be builders, leaders, and creators of tomorrow’s tech-powered world.

العقل فوق المعدن: بناء المستقبل بالعضلات والصوت والبرمجة
Session Summary:
I أقدم لكم ذراعي الروبوتية "ست درجات من الحرية" (6DoF)، وهي نقلة نوعية في مجال التفاعل بين الإنسان والروبوت. صُممت هذه الذراع بدقة وسلاسة، وتحاكي الحركة الطبيعية لأطراف الإنسان بستة مفاصل، مما يوفر مهارة وتحكمًا لا مثيل لهما. ما يميزها هو واجهتها متعددة الوسائط: فهي تستجيب لإشارات العضلات اللحظية (EMG)، والأوامر الصوتية التي تُعالج بواسطة الذكاء الاصطناعي، والإدخال عن بُعد بالأشعة تحت الحمراء، والضبط التناظري الدقيق. هذا الدمج بين علم الأحياء والتكنولوجيا يخلق تجربة سلسة يشعر فيها المستخدم بأن الذراع امتداد لجسمه. صُممت هذه الذراع لتكون متعددة الاستخدامات، حيث تتكيف من المهام الدقيقة إلى الحركات القوية، مما يجعلها مثالية للعروض التوضيحية، والتقنيات المساعدة، والاستخدام الصناعي. إنها أكثر من مجرد آلة، بل تمثل مستقبل التعاون بين البشر والذكاء الاصطناعي، حيث تلتقي الدقة والدقة. في معرض جيس 2025، لن أستعرض قدرات الذراع فحسب، بل سأعرض أيضًا رؤية للروبوتات تُعزز الإمكانات البشرية من خلال التحكم الذكي البديهي.
