Formerly Head of Pate's Grammar, the UK’s top-performing co-educational state school, he also served as Global Education Director for High Performance Learning and as a UK government-level advisor before moving to Riyadh. A Master’s graduate in Education with Distinction, Russel is an executive leadership coach known for pioneering leadership programmes and international school collaborations.
