Sam Harvey

A former competitive 100m sprinter who calls New Zealand home, Sam has led corporate, SME and Startup businesses around the globe for over 20 years. Starting in New York City, then moving to the Caribbean, London, and now Dubai, Sam has led teams of up to 150 across the Manufacturing, Hospitality, Media and Tech sectors.

This background has led to a fascination with human and team performance, areas in which Sam completed research and study at some of the world’s leading universities, including:

- The University of Edinburgh: MSc In Performance Psychology
- The University of Oxford: PGdip in Organisational Leadership
- Henley Business School: PG Cert in Coaching behaviour change and Professional Certificate in Team, Board and Systemic Coaching.

In 2019, Sam founded the leadership performance consultancy, Braver Leaders. At Braver Leaders, Sam and his team work with companies experiencing growing pains to build them a connected, high-functioning leadership team.
