Dr Jana Bou Reslan

Celebrating 20 years of excellence in education, Dr. Jana is a former lecturer of educational psychology, a certified CTI coach, and a motivational speaker. She was also recognized as one of TikTok's Top 50 Global Changemakers in 2024, representing the UAE. As an influential figure in education and mental health advocacy in the Arab world, she had studied elementary education at AUB. After earning her MBA, Dr. Jana pursued a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Saint Louis University in the USA. Dr. Jana is a sought-after trainer and speaker, delivering talks on leadership, mental health, women's empowerment, and teaching Arabic. Her expertise and passion for personal growth have made her a regular guest on various talk shows, podcasts, and TV programs. She is also a TEDx speaker and a published author in two anthologies. Dr. Jana has impacted countless lives, using her social media platforms to educate and inspire others on topics such as personal growth, women's leadership, and development. Her dream is to establish the first responsive school in the Arab World.
